TRIGGER WARNING : SUICIDE

The sun shines bright,
Butterflies dance in the blue skies
Still me, only darkness surrounds,
And it’s to late by the time my worth I realize!
Oh how I wish I could tell you,
How I wish I could live a day more…..,
But this urge,
This urge led me to the suicide door !

I don’t know how many of you know this, but suicide has become a new normal these days,  which it shouldn’t be at all.
One doesn’t attempt suicide because it’s way too normal or trendy, or some sort of fashion.  The amount of mental pressure, stress, panic, anxiety and hell, what not one is going through when they come up with the option of suicide cannot be explained. It’s simply beyond every normal human beings imagination.
The type of feelings they are going through, the type of emotions they have, the type of thoughts they get at that exact moment, at the time when they have this sudden urge of suicide, this madness on their head to kill themselves is just way too much.
In actual, not people attempting suicide, rather one talking to the other and helping them realise their worth should be normalized, but it’s nowhere visible.
Rather, a major topic like suicide is facing discrimination. Good God, I don’t even have words.
I mean does some National Law book state that only the female strata of this particular society can attempt suicide? Or that only the poor and middle class people are allowed to do so?
Then why is it that when a girl attempts suicide people show sympathy, and regret for what that poor lil girl went through. And start criticizing the people who led her to that stage!
Well, good. Talk to her about it, show her her worth and motivate her to live further,  but why not do the same for a boy?
Why does the society start calling the boy coward and weak if he attempts suicide? Why cannot they as well be shown sympathy and showered with love?
Why is it that the boys don’t open up about their life and what all they feel and what all they are going through? Because they fear being judged and labeled, because they are sure of that, which is a fact!
Well, Every Life Matters!!
I’ll say it should be equalized, especially when talked upon major topics like suicide,  depression,  mental disorders,  anxiety,  panic attacks,  and a lot.
Just think once, before saying something bullshit to a guy next time, before judging him, before labeling them.
Maybe they are going through a lot more than you can even ever imagine. A lot more than a million others a going through.

And for humanity’s sake, start talking.
